Terms and Conditions
For officebrandsuite.com and Table Branding Manager
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the officebrandsuite.com website and any purchase made through it. They are issued by KeyScript, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 96003413, VAT number NL005189581B23, registered address Groenoord 3, 2401 AA Alphen aan den Rijn, the Netherlands ("KeyScript", "we", "us"). 1. Acceptance of These Terms
By using this website, or by completing a purchase of Table Branding Manager through it, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or complete a purchase.
2. What We Offer
officebrandsuite.com describes and sells Table Branding Manager, a Windows desktop application published by KeyScript, in a Full edition and an Import-only edition. Current pricing and what's included are published on the pricing page.
3. Purchases and Payment
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (or its applicable regional affiliate), acting as Merchant of Record (reseller) for the transaction. Paddle collects payment, handles applicable sales tax/VAT, and its own terms of sale apply to the purchase transaction itself. Each edition is a one-time purchase, including twelve months of updates and support; there is no required ongoing subscription. 4. Software License
Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the software to you. Your right to install and use Table Branding Manager is governed separately by the End User License Agreement (EULA), which sets out license scope, permitted use, updates, support, and liability for the software itself. These Terms and Conditions govern the website and the purchase relationship; the EULA governs your use of the software once purchased.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse this website or the purchase process, including by: using it for any unlawful purpose; attempting fraud, or sending spam or unsolicited communications through it; infringing KeyScript's or any third party's intellectual property rights; or interfering with its security, such as through malware, unauthorized probing, or scraping. We may deny access to anyone we reasonably believe is doing so.
6. Intellectual Property
KeyScript owns, or holds the necessary rights to, all content on this website, including its text, design, and branding, and retains ownership of Table Branding Manager and its documentation (see the EULA's Intellectual Property section for the software specifically). Nothing on this website or in these terms transfers that ownership to you, beyond the limited license rights set out in the EULA.
7. No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service
We take reasonable care to keep this website available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to it, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. For the software itself, see the guarantees and liability terms in the EULA.
8. Suspension and Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate your access to this website or your ability to purchase through it if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay for a purchase, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate acceptable use. This is separate from, and does not by itself affect, a software license already activated under the EULA, which has its own termination terms.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KeyScript is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability relating to the software itself, including its limits, is governed by the EULA's Guarantees and Liability section. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this website, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the website after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
Dutch law applies to these Terms and Conditions. Unless mandatory law dictates otherwise, disputes arising in connection with these terms will be brought before the competent Dutch court for KeyScript's principal place of business.
